  • 1 pound light-green beans, ends trimmed, let dry
  • ⅕ pound ground beefiness
  • ii dried chili peppers, cut into minor pieces
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • ½ tablespoon minced ginger
  • For marinating the beefiness:
  • a touch of salt
  • a touch on of sugar
  • a affect of oil
  • one tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cooking vino
  • For cooking and seasoning:
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • ¼ teaspoon table salt
  • ¼ teaspoon carbohydrate
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Marinating the beef with salt, sugar, oil, soy sauce and cooking wine for about 10 minutes.
  2. Heat ½ loving cup of oil in the pan over medium estrus, carefully add in the green beans, deep fry for nearly 8 minutes until their surfaces are crisp.

I made this subbing in a Beyond Burger and red pepper flakes for the beef and dried peppers. I also used Shao Xing cooking wine. It was really skilful and super like shooting fish in a barrel to make. I volition definitely make it once more. Thanks for posting it!

Just 1/five pound basis beef? That'south like 3.two ounces, not much with a pound of greenish beans. I'm going to try the recipe because it sounds actually good, and I do "blistered" Szechuan beans frequently.
